Simply Sauteed Turkey Cutlets

- 4 turkey cutlets, about 5 ounces each
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Season the turkey cutlets with salt, pepper and then drizzle with olive oil. Place a saute pan large enough to accommodate all the cutlets over medium-high heat. Add the turkey cutlets and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the cutlets over and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
