6 boneless pork chops
6 new potatoes, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 tbsp. white wine
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. diced pimientos
10 oz frozen green peas, thawed

Brown both sides of chops and place in crock pot. Place vegetables in the crock pot. Combine soup and next 6 ingredients. Spread half of soup mixture over the potatoes. Top with chops. Spread remaining soup mixture over top. Cover, cook on low for 6-7 hours. Remove chops from crock pot. Stir in pimentos and peas. Top with chops. Increase heat to high and cook for 16 minutes. Serves 6
