6 pork loin chops, about 3/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Hot cooked rice

In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil, drain. Place in a crock pot. Add the vegetables. In a bowl, combine ingredients except rice. Pour over chops and cover. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice.
