1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
2 slices lemon
2 chopped onions
1/4 cup butter
1 cup catsup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped celery

4-5 pound pork roast cooked, cooled and sliced thin

In a dutch oven combine first 9 ingredients; simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Add meat, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and celery. Simmer slowly for 45 minutes.

Serve on buns.
