Meatballs:
2 lb. ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
2 T onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
Cooking oil

Barbeque Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. liquid (or powdered) smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix first 7 ingredients. Form into meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour.

In skillet, brown meatballs on all sides. Remove from heat. Flash freeze.

In mixing bowl, mix next 5 ingredients. Once meatballs are flash frozen, transfer to freezer bag. Pour sauce over meatballs and freeze.

Serving Day Instructions:
Defrost meatballs. Place meatballs in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
