4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 tsp ginger root (bottled, chopped)
2 cloves garlic (bottled, chopped)
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
2 tbsp white vinegar

Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking dish with cooking spray; arrange chicken breasts in single layer. Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl; whisk to combine; pour over chicken. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. To serve, slice chicken and garnish with green onions.
