1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-ounce can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (optional)
1 can pickled jalapeƱo peppers, chopped
Italian salad dressing, to taste

Mix all ingredients together, cover, and refrigerate for a day. Serve with tortilla chips.
