23 oz pkg frozen cut green beans, thawed
2 minced shallots
1 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
10 oz jar refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1 can French fried onion rings
Simmer green beans until almost tender. Combine all ingredients except fried onions in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with onion rings and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
