1 2/3 cups (1 tall can) Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 cups sugar
3 or 4 squares (1 ounce each) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and chocolate in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted (about 15 minutes).

Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat with egg beater (or whisk) until smooth.

Makes 3 cups sauce

Note: To make 6 cups sauce, double the above recipe. Store tightly
