2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp light corn syrup
12 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Bring cream and cory syrup to a simmer in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Serve.

Refrigerate leftovers. To reheat, heat over a low flam until luckwarm, stirring frequently.
