BAKED BARBEQUED MEATBALLS IN SAUCE

Meatballs
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together and form into small balls. Brown in skillet, drain on paper towel. Place in a lasagna-sized baking dish.

Sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, boil 5 minutes. Pour over meatballs, Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with hot rice or noodles and a green salad. Recipe can be doubled. Serves 4.
