2 lbs large headless shrimp; peel leaving just the tail on, deveined and rinsed
Sauce
1/2 cup golden Italian dressing
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp grated parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning or Season-all
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp soy sauce and ketchup
1 tsp white wine or beer
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a skillet on medium heat until sauce starts to bubbly. Immediately add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. If the sauce gets to thick while cooking the shrimp, add a little water. Bake for 20 minutes or until shrimp are firm and cooked through. Good served over angel hair pasta.
