BARBECUE CAJUN SHRIMP

1/4 cup butter
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs jumbo shrimp shelled, peeled, deveined and cleaned
1/2 cup chicken broth and white wine

Heat butter in a large skillet. Add garlic, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Add shrimp and cook until pink and firm to touch. Add stock and wine and heat just to a boil, scraping bits from sides of the pan. Serve on heated plates. Serves 4

NOTE: Good over angel hair pasta with some sauteed vegetables assed to it.

Hope you enjoy it. Good garlic bread is great to get the sauce.

Just a question - the last line of the ingredients say "1/2 cup chicken broth and white wine". Is that 1/2 cup of each or 1/2 cup total? The recipe looks good!
