2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp red chili flakes
Juice from one lime
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 (1 1/2 lb) flank steak

Mix the first seven ingredients in a small bowl and pour over flank steak. Let sit for one hour.

Clean grill with a grill brush and towel. Heat grill on a high setting for 5 minutes. Place the flank steak on the grill and reduce heat to a medium setting. Cook for 5 minutes and flip flank steak, cook another 3 - 5 minutes and remove from heat.
