2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2/3 cup beer

Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Add beer and stir until mixture pulls away from sides of bowl and forms a ball. Turn onto floured board and knead for 2 minutes. Roll out to a thickness of 1/2 inch and cut into desired shape. Place onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
