1 lb 14 oz can pork and beans
2 tbsp ketchup and brown sugar or molasses
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 - 3 lb spareribs

Stir first 5 ingredients together in a shallow flat bottomed baking pan. Place ribs on top of beans. Sprinkle salt over ribs. Bake at 350 for 1 3/4 - 2 hours.

When done, slice between bones to separate into sections containing 2 ribs each. Serve with bean on the side. Serves 3-6
