1 cup favorite salsa
2 cups shredded American cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cut up
1/3 cup beer or milk

Combine ingredients except milk. Cooking and stirring over low heat until cheeses melt. Stir in beer or milk and heat through. Transfer to a chafing dish or small crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
