8 oz rotini
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar salsa (about 1 3/4 cups)
2 cups water
8 oz pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed

Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble, until lightly browned. Stir in salsa and 2 cups water; heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add cheese; stir until melted and smooth. Serves 4
