2 slices sour dough bread
2 slices pepper jack cheese
2 chicken breast
Green chili strips
Gilled mushrooms
Honey Dijon Barbecue Sauce

Broil chicken breast until done. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice and place on grill. Place one slice of cheese on each bread slice and then the chicken. Ladle the BBQ sauce over the chicken, top with green chili and mushrooms. Close the sandwich and grill until both sides of bread are golden brown. Makes 1 sandwich
