Rub
2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic salt and onion salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 (4-5 lb) beef brisket
1 cup Russian salad dressing or French salad dressing plus 2 tbsp honey
1 cup smoked-flavored barbecue sauce
1/4 cup sugar
Buns

Combine rub ingredients and rub surface of beef. Place in a shallow roasting pan and covering tightly with foil. Roast at 300 for 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until tender. Remove meat from pan and cool slightly. Cover, refrigerate. When meat is cold, cut across grain into thin slices. Arrange in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine salad dressing, barbecue sauce and sugar and spoon over meat. Bake, covered, at 325 for 1 hour. Serve on buns. Serves 16
