Marinade
1 can condensed beef consomme
1 (10 oz) bottle soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3-4 lb beef brisket
Sauce
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and cider vinegar

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add meat. Cover, refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 325. Drain marinade. Place meat in a roasting pan; cover and bake for 3 hours.
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a full boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Pour sauce over meat. Cover and continue baking 1-1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Slice across the grain. Serve with pan juices. Serves 10-12
