1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp honey and olive oil
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt and liquid smoke flavoring
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 (1/2 lb) rib eye steaks
Combine ingredients except steaks in a resealable, seal and shake to combine. Add steaks, reseal and let marinate in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
Lightly oil grill rack and preheat grill for medium-high to high heat. Grill steaks 7-8 minutes on each. Serves 2
