4 (16 oz) rib eye steaks
1 (12 oz) tomato soup
6 oz honey
1 tsp molasses and red pepper flakes
1 tbsp salt Worcestershire sauce and granulated garlic
2 oz brandy
2 tbsp pepper
Mix all ingredients, except steaks, together in a large bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and stir again. Place steaks in marinade and rub. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 18 hours.
Preheat the broiler in your oven. Cook steaks on a baking sheet covered with foil. Turn steaks every two minutes until done to your liking. Serves 4
