1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger root
2 limes, juices
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar and crushed red pepper flakes
2 lbs large cooked shrimp, peeled, tails on
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro


In a large bowl, combine ingredients and cover. Refrigerate 1-4 hours before serving, stirring occasionally while chilling. Serves 8
