1 bag plain microwave popcorn, popped
8 ounces chocolate
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Place the popped corn in a large bowl. Set aside.

Break up the chocolate in a small bowl and microwave on High (100 percent power) for 10 seconds. Stir. Repeat till chocolate is melted, maybe 30 seconds total. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn, add the marshmallows and stir. You may have to microwave again briefly to properly melt the marshmallows. Makes about 4 cups.
