1 pork tenderloin
4 tbsp soy sauce, sherry and cornstarch
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Put pork in baking pan. Mix together sauce ingredients. Bake at 275 for 45 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer reads 170. Brush sauce on frequently, especially last half hour of cooking time. Let rest about 10 minutes before slicing.
