1 box chicken rice-a-roni
1 (16 oz) can artichokes, drained and liquid reserved, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
20-30 olives, sliced very thin
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 tsp curry powder
Prepare rice-a-roni as directed. In a bowl, combine rice-a-roni, and chopped vegetables. Mix the reserved liquid with mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour dressing over rice mixture.
