2 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp dried tarragon and dried oregano
1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms

Combine first 6 ingredients in a serving bowl. Add artichokes and mushrooms. Toss well, cover and refrigerate until serving. Serves 4
