18 oz uncooked frozen shrimp
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Peel and devein shrimp; saute shrimp and garlic in oil in a skillet for 4 minutes. Stir in salsa. Remove from heat; add cilantro. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden. Serves 4
