ITALIAN BEEF STIR-FRY WITH PASTA

1 lb round tip steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups farfalle, cooked, drained and kept warm
1 tbsp olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley

Heat skillet with oil. Add beef and garlic, half at a time. Stir-fry until outside surfice is no longer pink. Do not overcook. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

In same skillet, add mushrooms; stir-fry until tender. Return beef to skillet. Add tomatoes and dressing; heat through. Spoon beef mixture over hot pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and pasta. Serves 4
