10 oz unsalted butter
1 tbsp roasted garlic, puree
1 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of rosemary, chopped
Pinch of thyme, chopped
2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
pinch of marjoram, chopped
1/4 tsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

In a mixer, combine the first 10 ingredients and mix well. Add rest of ingredients (except salt and pepper) and mix well on low speed until all is incorporated. Scrape sides of bowl and then whip at high speed for two minutes. Adjust seasonings by adding salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
