1 cup packed dark brown sugar and celery salt
1/2 cup paprika
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon pepper and garlic powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cayenne
Combine brown sugar, celery salt, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon and cayenne in bowl. Rub liberally over your favorite cut of pork. Let stand at room temperature for up to 15 minutes or marinade in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Store rub in airtight container.
