6 lb pork tenderloin
1 cup brown mustard
1/3 cup horseradish, brown sugar, salt and pepper
4 carrots, shredded
2 quarts reduced pork broth
1 cup yellow mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup cumin
16 small red potatoes
1 can pineapple rings

In a saucepan, place broth, mustards, honey, horseradish, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic. Cook until it simmers. Keep warm, reducing the stock. Grill the tenderloin, turn to prevent burning while brushing sauce over the meat. Remove from the grill when done about 1 hour on low heat or 170 degrees with meat thermometer inserted.

Grill vegetables and pineapple during last half of cooking and serve the vegetables and sauce with the meat.
