2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup butter
3 lbs pork tenderloin, cut in 1 inch slices
3 cups fresh mushrooms, cut in half
6 tbsp chopped green onions
6 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
1/8 tsp browning sauce
6 large potatoes, quartered

In a large skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add the pork slices and brown on both sides, then remove from heat. Add the pork slices and brown on minutes on each side, or until no longer and juices run clear. Remove to a warm serving plate.

Add the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in the chicken broth and mix until smooth. Stir in the browning sauce. Place the pork back in the skillet and add the potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 6
