2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped prosciutto or ham
2 tbsp chopped fresh sage and parsley
2 tbsp chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup chicken broth and heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oil in skillet. Saute prosciutto and next 4 ingredients for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Mix the pork strips into the skillet and brown about 10 minutes, turning once. Stir in broth and cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened.
