1 stick of butter, softened
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Place the softened butter and parsley in blender with lemon juice. Blend until the butter is incorporated with the parsley. Remove from processor, place in a heap on a piece of wax paper and fold the paper over. Use a ruler or straight edge to pull back on the paper and make a log shape. Place in the refrigerator and allow butter to harden. Remove from the refrigerator and serve on a butter dish.
