1 pkg frozen creamed chipped beef, thawed
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp ground chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro and green onion
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lime juice, chili powder and cumin in a bowl; add chipped beef, cilantro and green onion; stir well. Evenly divide mixture among tortillas, spreading to cover each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla, finishing with seam-side-down. Place rolled tortillas on baking sheet; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 3-5 minutes; slice into 1 inch pieces and serve hot.

NOTE: Can be prepared without baking. Omit cheese topping; refrigerate filled and rolled tortillas at least 1 hour to set filling before slicing.
