1 lb crabmeat
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot sauce
Pinch cayenne and black pepper
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
3 (6.5 oz) cans crabmeat, drained and picked clean
3 tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. Cook onion in 1 tbsp butter until soft, blend in flour. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Stir in a little hot sauce into beaten egg and add to remaining sauce, stirring constantly. Add parsley and crabmeat; blend well. Divide among 6 well-greased individual dishes. Combine 1 tbsp melted butter and crumbs. Sprinkle over mixture in each dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are brown.
