2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 beef bouillon
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp hot pepper sauce

Combine cornstarch and water in a small dish; set aside. Bring honey to a boil in a saucepan and cook until color deepens and has nutty fragrance, about 5 minutes. Decrease heat to medium and stir in garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. After ham has baked for about 1 hour, generously glaze then bake and additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally with glaze.
