2 pie crusts

Filling and sauce
6 oz bulk Italian sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Cut dough into 4 inch rounds with cutter. Spoon about 1 rounded tsp filling onto the center of each circle. Brush edge with water. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to pleat.

Repeat with remaining dough and filling. Cut several small slits near edge of each turnover. Set folded edge upright; press dough gently to slightly flatten the bottoms. Place on a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with warmed sauce for dipping.
