6 (6 inch) fajita-size flour tortillas
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1/2 cup medium taco sauce, chopped red and green bell peppers and green onions
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cups four cheese Mexican blend
Preheat oven to 400. Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Bake for 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Spread beans on tortillas. Top with 1 tbsp taco sauce. Layer with remaining ingredients. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
