1 lb hot and milk sausage
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Sauce
2/3 cup ketchup
4 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar and soy sauce
Combine fir 5 ingredients together. Shape into TINY little balls. Brown in the oven and put in a colander and pour VERY VERY HOT water over them. Mix sauce ingredients together and place in a casserole. Add meatballs with sauce and bake at 325 for 1 hour, covered.
