Makes 80

1 lb sausage
1 lb grated sharp cheese
2 cups prepared biscuit mix

Mix all together and shape into small balls about the size of a marble. Bake 30 minutes in 350 F oven. The cooked cheese balls can be frozen and heated later. Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 450 F for 12 minutes.
