2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
1 tsp salt
1 (14 oz) can artichokes, drained and chopped
1/3 cup chopped black olives
8 scallions, chopped
3 oz sun-dried tomatoes, softened and chopped
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp fresh chopped chives

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic and salt. Stir in and blend well the artichokes and olives. Add the scallions, tomatoes, parsley and chives, gently mix together and put into a pretty crock. Serve with Honey Wheat Wheatable Crackers. Serves 6
