6 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1/2 cup Chopped Sun dried tomatoes in oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, diced
3 Slices of Pancetta, microwaved until crispy
1/4 cup Onion, diced
1 cup 6 Blend Shredded Italian Cheese
1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
IN a large bowl combine basil, sun dried tomatoes, onion, garlic and balsamic vinegar. Stir until mixed. Add cream cheese and mix until completely incorporated. Stir in shredded cheese. Form into a log.(easy to do if you wrap the cream cheese mix with saran wrap).
Combine crispy and crumbled pancetta with the breadcrumbs and then roll the cream cheese ball into the crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crispy bread or crackers.
