1 can Cannellini Beans
1/4 cup Kalamata Jumbo Pitted Olives (about 10-12), coarsely chopped*
1/4 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
1 large Garlic Clove, peeled and halved
1/8 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Lemon (juice)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Baguette

Rinse beans under cold water and drain. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours before serving. For best results, allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.

* I buy just enough olives from the olive bar at the grocer because I may not use them again for a while.
