1 1/2 to 2 lbs flank steak or sirloin steak
1/4 cup oil and soy sauce
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper

To a Ziploc bag add oil, chopped green onions, corn syrup, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and pepper. Mix well and add steak. Refrigerate for 4 hours or longer, turning meat occasionally. Grill on BBQ
