1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp red wine vinegar and olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lb shoulder or top sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick

Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add beef. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade and remove onions and grill separately from steaks over medium hot coals. Turn steaks once or twice.
