1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, crushed with side of chefs knife
2 1/4 lb porterhouse steak, 2 inch thick, trimmed of fat
Prepare grill for medium heat. In pie plate, mix ingredients and coat steak with mixture. Place on grill and brush with half chili sauce mixture remaining in baking dish. Cook steak for 20-30 minutes for medium rare or until desired doneness.
