2 (1 inch thick) porterhouse steaks
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 medium zucchini and yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise and red bell pepper, cut into strips

Combine cheese, oil and seasoning. Brush mixture on cut sides of vegetables. Place steak and vegetables, cut side down, on rack broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 10-15 minutes, turning once. Season steak with salt and pepper. Carve steaks into thick slices. Serves 4.
